Bought it at the AT&T store with the phone and as I have looked at other cases I have been pleased with both the price and protection. I am embarrassed to admit that I dropped my phone from about 6 ft onto asphalt yesterday and to my amazement, it was completely unharmed... Don't try it though! :)

It give you all the benefits of silicone (scratch protection and shock absorption), but has the added benefit of the low-profile hard outer shell. This gives an extra layer of protection, does not add to the thickness at all, and most importantly - lets you get the phone in and out of clothes/pockets without the tackiness of pure silicone! I've used both the white and black cases and have been so happy I came directly back to this brand for my new case. My one complaint is that the corners of the plastic have ripped through both silicone covers, but caused absolutely no damage to the phone.

I was wary at first with the 2 -part design, but now think it's great: grippy, thin silicone skin and high-impact polycarb back & corners give great protection. Bulks a bit, but gives good heft & hand-feel. Black skin-onto-black gives nice warm uniform look & covers bright metal face ring for the better.
