Great...But Think Twice About Colors
Blemishes are viewable almost immediately on black one - kind of wish I hadn't gotten the black one now - white would have been better

Purple is Purple.
Great product. Looks great and gives some grip to your computer without adding bulk. Had some trouble snapping on (similar to the Stephanie review), but I started with the corner that wouldn't snap and it went right on. Online says "dark purple" as the color - so I thought it may differ from the picture. But, the picture is definitely the exact color. I would say "purple" would be a better descriptor. But, either way - it still looks great and gives my mac some protection.

Incipio Feather
I really really like this case. I got it in the magenta color, and it's very vibrant against my white macbook. The case seems very sturdy and durable (a little thicker than I thought it was going to be, considering they call it the feather, but not bad). I like the texture of the case because when I'm carrying around my macbook, I don't feel like I'm going to drop it - it adds a little grip versus the slickness of the actual computer. The only thing I had a problem with initially was getting the top piece on correctly. One corner wouldn't snap on - I took the top part off completely, and then reattached it, attaching the top snap first, and the side snaps together going down, which solved the problem.
